Platinum Carbon Black

This is my go-to black ink, and if I use a pen to draw (or just want to write with black), most likely it'll be with Carbon Black ink.

It's really consistent, super dark, dries quickly enough, and its waterproof.

Diamine Jet Black

I bought this ink in a stationary store in Ho Chi Minh city after my pen ran out of ink and I realised the cartridges I brought with me were for the wrong pen.

This was the only black ink they had and honestly? Not bad, its a little more grey than black but I don't mind it at all.

That being said, I don't really know when I'd use this ink again. Good backup I guess.

Pilot Iroshizuku Yama-Guri

My all time favourite ink, I love writing with brown ink and the yama-guri is such a beautiful shade of brown that sometimes I just look at my journal pages without reading anything and admire the ink on the paper.

Diamine Red Dragon

This thing is RED, almost so red its intimidating, but precisely because of that, if ever I need to write something to remember or something important, it will almost always stand out.

Diamine Writer's Blood

I just got this, I'll wait for one of my pens to run out and fill it with this and II'll let you know how it goes.

Sailor Yurameku Date Gokoro

There are a lot of different hues in this one ink from reddish, pinkish to deep blueish and black, but dominantly its a purple ink.

The ink DOES have a smell, kinda like an old art classroom, but it really is a beautiful ink and its cool to see the different shades as you write.

Pilot Iroshizuku Shin-Kai

Pilot Iroshizukus are truly a force majeure in the bottled ink game and shin-kai is just another example.

An incredibly rich and deep blue that really stands out on the page.

This was my first ink from the Iroshizuku line and I'm really glad I took my time and chose this the shin-kai as both my first blue and my first Iroshizuku.

Diamine Evergreen

Cool looking dark green with a reddish sheen that I can't lie, haven't used very often.

Sailor Shikiori Waka Uguisu

If I'm being honest, I almost never use this ink, it's a nice colour and all but I can't find any occasions that I would use this other than to colour in plants I guess?
